Hello! I recevied a notification from Facebook that our Lighthouse of Hopeful Hearts page had been suspended due to 'impersonation'. No other details were provided woth the exception that as the adminstrator I had to read all the information on Community Standards. I did that. I then had to three options to select from as to why I did not believe the page should be suspended. I did that and I submitted. I received a notification that FB AI or a team member would review and send a response. This moring I received a notification that the LHOHH page was removed for the initial finding of 'impersonation'. I have no idea what FB is referring. I have reached out via Help/Support. I have not received a response. It is very frustrating as that page has been in exsistence since 2017, and it is specifically utilized to help loved ones lost to substance misuse and suicide to be remembered and honored through our continous community outreach efforts. With that, going forward we will use our website and Instagram account to carry on.
